The Kerala Association of PEI is proudly celebrating Vishu, Easter, Ramzan & Nurses Day all in one grand event being held at the Eastlink Centre on Saturday, May 9th!
The Kerala Association of PEI (KAPEI) is a non-profit organization dedicated to supporting, empowering, and celebrating the Kerala community on Prince Edward Island. KAPEI promotes values of inclusion, community, and cultural enrichment, working actively to foster intercultural understanding and collaboration. Through cultural events, educational workshops, and support programs, KAPEI serves as a bridge connecting diverse groups while celebrating Kerala’s vibrant heritage.
Founded by individuals from Kerala, a southwestern state of India, commonly known as Malayalis, KAPEI has grown significantly since its inception. From just 30 members in 2011, our association now proudly represents a diverse group of over 250 members from various socio-economic, cultural, and professional backgrounds.
Our regular events bring the community together to celebrate major occasions such as Easter, Vishu, Eid-al-Fitr, Onam, Christmas, and New Year. We also organize sports days, movie nights, informational sessions, appreciation events, and more to engage and enrich our members.
